For many of my clients, including physicians and professionals relocating to San Diego, this includes evaluating commute times, proximity to hospitals and work, and overall neighborhood fit. I also provide guidance on school districts, school ratings, and community dynamics, helping you better understand how each area aligns with your needs.

I manage every detail of the transaction, including scheduling inspections, coordinating vendors, reviewing disclosures and summarizing key findings, negotiating repairs and credits, and working closely with lenders, escrow, and HOAs. I also manage timelines and oversee each step of the process to ensure everything is handled efficiently and with precision.
